Summary:

Dick and Sally's boring rainy day at home changes when the Cat in the Hat and his sidekicks, Thing One and Thing Two, burst in and make a huge mess of their house; the Lorax is a lovable creature who speaks for the trees, trying to stop the profit-greedy Once-ler from destroying the forest; Horton, a big-hearted elephant, tries to protect the tiny people of Whoville who live on a speck of dust and only he can hear; collection of Dr. Seuss' stories about trying something new, discrimination, and stubbornness; the Grinch decides that he can't take any more happiness from Whoville, so he and his dog Max steal everything from the village, but in the process he learns that Christmas is more than presents.
