Summary:

By 1941, James is away at RAF Abingdon, and Helen is raising baby Jimmy at home in Darrowby with the war fully underway. Trying to keep up at the surgery makes Siegfried eager to have everyone return, but when Tristan does show up, it's not as straightforward as expected.
